We started our journey into fitness business ownership after working several years for multiple training companies that just didn't respect the science of exercise. Prioritizing sales over results left us with a yearning for change, that's when we decided to take our skillset and passion for training into our own hands and opened our first location in the fall of 2019 "Evoke Springfield" which would go onto win multiple awards for being one of the best personal training teams in Robertson county. Since our business opened we've amassed a large following on all of our social media platforms and have helped dozens of Springfield residents reach their goals.
